Ventana Canyon is the most beautiful venue for tennis enthusiasts in the Catalina Foothills and all of Tucson for that matter.

As daylight extends and the days get hotter, there are a lot more players on the tennis courts in the evenings. While playing on the south side of the courts, it’s magnificent watching the gorgeous sunsets. The homes perched high on the Santa Catalinas seem almost surreal as they’re bathed in the crimson sun. The soaring saguaro cacti add a majestic touch.

When the sun drops behind the mountains, you can turn on the lights and continue playing into the night. Hooting owls and howling coyotes make for interesting companionship while you play. After you’ve had your fill of tennis, you can head over to the Lodge and get your fill of food and drink. If you prefer the casual option, the bar area is the place of choice and you may order anything off the menu from the dining room.
